Key Responsibilities:
• Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
• Resolving complex technical problems as they arise on critical/Marque accounts.
• Providing supervision and guidance to transition/Build teams.
• Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
• Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
• Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
• Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
• Fixes technical issues as they arise.
• Supervises and guides build/transition teams.
• Continuously researches emerging technologies and proposes changes to the existing architecture.
• Providing recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions
• Performing design, debug, and performance analysis on solutions
• Documenting and sharing best practice knowledge for new solutions
• Advocating for process improvements and helping develop solutions
• Regularly communicating new features and benefits to partners, customers, and other stakeholders
• Providing technical leadership to a team throughout the project lifecycle
• Developing proof-of-concept projects to validate your proposed solutions
• Reviewing and validating solutions designs from other team members
Technical Skills Business Skills
• Broad technical knowledge on Compute and Storage solutions.
• Working knowledge of Infra Data Centers (power and cooling schemes, etc), enterprise technologies, High Performance Computing (HPC), Cloud Computing

• Technical knowledge and experience on Infrastructure monitoring tools
• Knowledge of remote deployment programs and monitoring processes and concepts.
• ITIL Certification
• Technical knowledge of network switches
• Operating Systems and their integration with Fiber channel HBA
• Server Clustering in SAN and switched SCSI environments.
• Connecting Blade Servers into SAN infrastructures.

Essential Skills Customer handling skills
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Public Cloud ( AWS, Azure )
• Familiarity with modern cloud application architecture
• Exposure to cloud managed services and microservices like Function as a Service, Containers, and managed databases
• Experience with setting up load balancers, cloud networks, and virtual servers
• Industry Standard Servers (Proliant, Blades & Synergy)
• Broad technical knowledge on core infrastructure vendor partners
• VMware(ESXi, vCenter, vSAN)
• VMware availability technologies – Site Recovery Manager, vMSC
• MS Windows Server / Hyper-V
• Linux – RHEL, SLES, CentOS, etc.
• Experience in attached and networked storage hardware and concepts (Primera, 3PAR, MSA, Nimble, StoreOnce, etc)
• Experience in Converged Infrastructure (Simplivity, Apollo, etc)
• Network infrastructure (Aruba, Flex Fabric, etc)

• Demonstrate an in depth understanding of several products in more than one functional area involving usage, configuration, and interaction with other products.
• Affinity with Monitoring tools and processes (Nagios, SolarWinds, OpenView) • Demonstrate a high level of technical & account management communication skills and expertise in communicating with customers & internal organization.
• Manage the solution process with high management attention in a complex environment.
• Take responsibility of solutioning to meet customer requirements and ensure end-to-end deal ownership.
• Lead high level cross organizational customer orientated projects.
• Thorough understanding of ML, data analysis, data visualization, and event-driven architecture

Eligibility & Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or Equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise Technical Support environment
• ITSM / project management knowledge is essential.
• Flexible to work in 24X7 support environment, ready to travel 25% of the time.
