Job Title: Solution Architect – Hardware Asset Management (HAM) & Software Asset Management (SAM)

Shift: 3 PM to 1 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) to design, implement, and optimize enterprise IT Asset Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro/SAM Pro, asset lifecycle management, software license compliance, CMDB, Discovery, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end HAM and SAM solutions.
• Lead ServiceNow HAM Pro/SAM Pro implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Define hardware asset lifecycle and software license management processes.
• Ensure software compliance, license optimization, and audit readiness.
• Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Security, and Finance teams to establish ITAM governance.
• Drive automation, reporting, and best practices for enterprise asset management.
