Job Description

>Owner of Integrated systems with leading Integrated Building technologies and Protocols. Responsible for Testing, Validation, Documentation and Services (TVDS) of Somfy solutions with leading technology platforms.

>Leads the function that creates professional documentation (Proposal Document, ACAD Drawings, 3D Images) for projects to support Sales/BD teams by translating customer conceptual needs into the Group's proposed solution. Creates robust systems and processes for supporting all countries within the perimeter.

>Evaluates and proposed Software, Tools, Platforms, for improving proposals for continuous professional documentation improvement.

>Leads knowledge sharing and training of teams around Technologies, Protocols, Solutions, etc

Qualifications

>Must have worked in similar profile with 8-10 years of experience in building technology industry, having complete experience of Projects related activity in Building Material / Construction Industry

>Should have in depth and hands on experience of leading technology platforms, protocols and systems knowledge in a connected building environment

>Updated with latest technology trends and service level demands / expectations of different stakeholders in Projects Business

>Software and Tools usage : ACAD and other design software

>Team Management, Time Management, Planning and Organizing
