As a trusted SAP Gold Partner, we have a proven track record of delivering best-in-class solutions and services, ensuring long-term success in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Headquartered in San Jose, California, we specialize in strategic planning, process optimization, and SAP solution deployment across the globe. Leveraging AI/ML-driven tools, seamless integrations, and custom developments, we help businesses navigate the complexities of global supply chain execution with cutting-edge innovation and expertise.

As a Senior SAP IBP Solution Architect at Archlynk, you will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and implementing cutting-edge SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions for our clients. You will leverage your deep expertise across all SAP IBP modules to deliver transformative supply chain planning projects, lead full-cycle implementations, and support pre-sales and solutioning activities. This is an exciting opportunity to work with global clients, drive innovation, and be part of a high-performing team at the forefront of digital supply chain transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IBP solutions across all modules, including Demand Planning, Response & Supply, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Control Tower.
  • Expertise in end-to-end project delivery, having successfully led a minimum of five full lifecycle SAP IBP implementations from requirement gathering (Blueprinting) to post-go-live support (Hypercare).
  • Engage in pre-sales and solutioning activities, including client workshops, requirements analysis, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Design and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase SAP IBP capabilities and validate solution fit for prospective clients.
  • Process Advisory: Go beyond system configuration to provide consultative advice on industry best practices for tactical supply planning, response management, and allocation planning.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP APO, and third-party systems, leveraging SAP Cloud Integration for Data Services (CI-DS), Smart Data Integration (SDI), Real Time Integration (RTI) and related middleware.
  • Provide strategic guidance and best practices on SAP IBP architecture, system performance optimization, and integration with enterprise applications.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, facilitating workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing.
  • Asset Creation: Lead the development of ArchLynk's internal assets, such as pre-configured templates, accelerators, white papers, and training materials to speed up delivery.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, articulating the value proposition of SAP IBP to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Stay current with SAP IBP innovations and industry trends, ensuring continuous improvement and value delivery for clients.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Comprehensive expertise across all SAP IBP modules, including Demand Planning, Response & Supply, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, Control Tower, and integration with ePPDS and AATP.
  • Led at least five full lifecycle SAP IBP implementations, covering all project phases and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.
  • Extensive pre-sales and solutioning experience, including client engagement, requirements analysis, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering POCs to accelerate client decision-making and validate solution fit.
  • Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP APO, and third-party systems, using SAP CI-DS, SDI, and related middleware.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP configuration, including planning areas, key figures, master data, and best practices for implementation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
  • Experience leading workshops, training sessions, and cross-functional project teams.
