Position: Solution Architect – Salesforce Health Cloud (Contract Role)

Key Responsibilities

•Design and own end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture.

•Architect LWC-based UI solutions with reusable component design.

•Drive healthcare-focused Salesforce implementations across patient and provider ecosystems.

•Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, HL7, and FHIR.

•Work with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, etc.

•Ensure Salesforce security, sharing model, HIPAA / PHI / PII compliance best practices.

•Provide leadership in governance, stakeholder management, code reviews, and architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Domain Expertise

•Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud solution architecture.

•Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

•Healthcare domain experience covering:

oPatient Services

oCare Management

oProvider & Member-centric solutions

•

Experience with:

oClinical Data Model (CDM)

oCare Plans

oCare Gaps

oPatient 360

•Strong understanding of Salesforce security and compliance standards.

•
