About The Role
We are seeking a results-driven
Solution Architect - Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our quantum security platform. This is a strategic sales role that combines technical expertise with consultative selling to identify customer needs, architect compelling solutions, and close complex enterprise deals. You will build and manage a sales pipeline across enterprise customers, hardware security vendors, and security solution providers while positioning QCoreSecure as the trusted partner for next-generation cryptographic security.
Roles And Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure
- Develop account plans and sales strategies for key target accounts and verticals
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective territory management and deal execution
Consultative Selling & Customer Engagement
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer cryptographic security requirements, challenges, and business objectives
- Position QCoreSecure's value proposition and competitive differentiation in customer conversations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders, from security architects to C-level executives
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that articulate business value and ROI
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, technical evaluations, and procurement processes
Solution Architecture & Technical Presales
- Design end-to-end security solutions that integrate QCoreSecure's platform with customer environments
- Translate customer technical requirements into actionable solution architectures and implementation roadmaps
- Lead proof-of-concept engagements, technical validation sessions, and pilot programs
- Own RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, including requirements analysis, solution design, technical proposal development, and pricing
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with customer requirements
Partnership Development
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with hardware security module vendors for product integration opportunities
- Build relationships with security solution providers to embed QCoreSecure's technology into authentication, encryption, and PKI platforms
- Drive co-sell initiatives and joint go-to-market activities with technology partners
- Represent QCoreSecure in partner technical discussions and integration planning sessions
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities
- Coordinate with marketing on demand generation, content development, and campaign execution
- Collaborate across time zones with US-based teams, partners, and customers
- Work US business hours (periodic evening/night shifts) as required for customer and partner engagement
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, presales, or solution architecture roles
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
- Demonstrated success in consultative B2B enterprise salesability to uncover needs, position value, and drive complex sales cycles to closure
- Strong technical foundation in enterprise security: encryption, key management, PKI, authentication, cryptographic protocols
- Experience in architecting security solutions and integrating them into existing enterprise environments
- Proven ability to lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and develop winning technical proposals
- Excellent stakeholder management skills-comfortable engaging with technical teams, security architects, and executive leadership
- Outstanding communication skills in English, ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong learning agility and ability to quickly master new technologies
- Willingness to work US business hours as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling security infrastructure or cryptographic solutions to enterprise customers
- Background working with or selling to hardware security vendors, identity providers, or cloud security platforms
- Track record of building and managing technology partnerships and ecosystem relationships
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements (Zero Trust, NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR)
- Understanding of API integration, cloud security architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and SaaS delivery models
- Familiarity with hardware security modules, secure key storage, and cryptographic APIs
- Awareness of quantum computing threats and post-quantum cryptography
- Security certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent
- Cloud security certifications: AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer
