Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled .NET Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining architecture standards, best practices, and guiding technical teams across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end software solutions using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.

Define architectural standards and frameworks aligned with business needs and IT strategy.

Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.

Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.

Develop high-level and detailed solution design documentation.

Troubleshoot and resolve architectural and design-related issues.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of in an architectural or lead role.

Deep expertise in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, and Web API.

Experience with front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus.

Strong knowledge of architectural patterns such as MVC, MVVM, microservices, and event-driven architecture.

Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred) or AWS.

Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.

Solid understanding of database systems, particularly SQL Server and NoSQL databases.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
