We are seeking an experienced OT Security Solution Architect to work with OT Regional team and collaborate with OT Global team to support Operational Technology & Critical Infrastructure customers and partners across the region. The role will focus on designing, positioning, and architecting cybersecurity solutions for Operational Technology (OT) environments across critical infrastructure and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of OT domain knowledge and cybersecurity expertise, enabling them to translate operational requirements into secure, scalable architectures.

Required Skills & Experience
7-8 years of experience, in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer in cybersecurity
5-7 years of experience, with strong hands-on exposure to OT / industrial environments/Industrial Control Systems/Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition environments.Solid understanding of OT cybersecurity concepts, including:
Network segmentation Secure remote access for industrial systems
Asset visibility & monitoringRisk-based OT security architectures
Common OT Protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC etc.) and PCAP Analysis
Knowledge of the following technologies: Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti-Virus used in the Purdue model
Good understanding of cybersecurity solutions and platforms, and ability to integrate multiple technologies into a cohesive architecture.
Experience in creating reference architectures, solution designs, and technical documentation on OT security.
Hands-on experience in OT security assessments is strongly preferred.
Good understanding of NERC-CIP, CEA and other regional and global standards and regulations.
Prior exposure to industries such as power & utilities, renewable energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals or critical infrastructure is an advantage.
Certifications (Preferred)IEC 62443 Cybersecurity
Expert GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional)Other relevant OT / cybersecurity certifications will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or related fields).
