Role: Solution Architect -Physical AI
Job Location: Noida / Bangalore
Description:
- Define and execute a multi-year GTM roadmap for Physical AI across MFG, O&G, and Utilities, aligned with HCLTech's Engineering and AI portfolios.
- Develop industry-specific Physical AI solution propositions: Autonomous Inspection , Adaptive Manufacturing cells, Grid & Asset Intelligence.
- Lead commercial constructs including outcome-based, OPEX/CAPEX hybrid, and as-a-service pricing for Physical AI deployments.
- Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to define, incubate, and launch Physical AI solution accelerators—robotics simulation frameworks, edge inference platforms, digital twin connectors.
- Package Physical AI IP into repeatable industry solutions with clear value cases, implementation playbooks, and ROI benchmarks.
- Define Physical AI reference architectures spanning: sensor fusion layers, edge inference nodes, OT/IT integration middleware, real-time digital twin synchronization, and enterprise AI pipelines.
- Establish HCLTech's Physical AI Architecture Framework—canonical patterns for Perception-Action loops, Kinetic AI systems, and Human-Robot Collaboration environments.
- Build and manage hyperscaler co-sell motions with NVIDIA, Microsoft (Azure), AWS, and Siemens for joint Physical AI plays.
- Serve as the executive face of HCLTech's Physical AI practice to C-suite buyers (CIO, COO, CDO, Chief Engineer) at top-tier industrial enterprises.
- Lead executive workshops, proof-of-concept scoping, and business case development for Physical AI transformations.
- Represent HCLTech at flagship events and contribute to whitepapers, analyst briefings, and media engagements.
- Build a network of advisors, design partners, and referenceable customers across target verticals.
- Design Agentic AI architectures for industrial workflows—autonomous inspection agents, adaptive process control agents, and predictive maintenance orchestrators using LLM+tool use patterns.
- Build federated learning frameworks that enable cross-site model training while preserving OT data sovereignty requirements.
- Identify, qualify, and pipeline whitespace opportunities worth $50M+ in TCV annually by orchestrating account mining, analyst coverage, and partner channels.
