About Position
We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect who will lead end-to-end architecture design and technical execution for large-scale modernization programs. This role requires deep expertise in cloud-native systems, microservices, and GenAI-enabled solutions, ensuring scalable, high-performance platforms aligned with long-term business and product goals.

What You'll Do
You will drive solution architecture and technical execution across modernization initiatives, ensuring strong alignment with engineering, product, and platform goals.
- Own offshore technical execution and lead 2–3 engineering PODs (engineering, data, platform)
- Review and approve architecture, technical specifications, and LLDs
- Guide implementation and modernization programs across systems
- Drive AI agent-led modernization patterns and solutions
- Partner closely with onsite Enterprise Architects and leadership teams
- Ensure consistency across technology stacks (Java, .NET to Java/Go/React convergence)
- Define end-to-end solution architecture using microservices and domain-driven design
- Design scalable cloud-native systems handling high concurrency and integrations
- Own transition architectures including strangler patterns and incremental modernization
- Drive architectural decisions for APIs, messaging, and platform capabilities
- Work on containerized and orchestrated environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Ensure alignment with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system scalability and reliability
Expertise You'll Bring
- 20+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture roles
- Strong background in Java and/or .NET (hands-on + architecture)
- Expertise in microservices architecture and domain-driven design
- Strong experience in AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with APIs, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus)
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform
- Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB
- Experience with frontend technologies like React
- Exposure to GenAI tools such as Claude, Codex, or similar
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and integration patterns
- Experience designing systems for scalability, availability, and performance
- Ability to design multi-account AWS environments with security and cost optimization
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
