We are seeking an experiencedSolutionArchitect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprisesolutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in design workflows, collaboration, microservices architecture, multi-tenant applications, and high-volume data (structured/unstructured) processing systems
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
- Design and architect end-to-endsolutions for workflows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Develop microservices-based architectures using event-driven design patterns
- Architect multi-tenant applications with robust tenant isolation strategies at data, application, and infrastructure levels
- Design high-volume data pipelines capable of processing structured and unstructured data at scale
- Define and implement security architectures including CIMS (Compliance, Identity, Monitoring, Security) frameworks
- Create architectural blueprints, technical specifications, andsolutiondocumentation
- Hands-on implementation of architectures, not just design - actively coding and buildingsolutions
Technology & Performance
- Optimize system performance for high-throughput, low-latency operations
- Design event-driven architectures using messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Implement data management strategies for both structured (SQL/NoSQL databases) and unstructured data (documents, images, logs), Distributed Cache and Search Platform like (Elastic Search)
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities for workflow automation, intelligent routing, and predictive analytics
- Ensuresolutions meet performance benchmarks and SLAs for enterprise workloads
DevOps & Deployment
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes
- Architect and implement Blue-Green deployment strategies for zero-downtime releases
- Hands-on configuration of deployment automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- Implement canary deployments and progressive rollout strategies
- Design infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates)
- Set up automated testing frameworks including unit, integration, and security testing in pipelines
Security & Compliance
- Design and implement comprehensive security controls across application, data, and infrastructure layers
- Architect and implement Zero Trust security models - never trust, always verify principles
- Implement authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms for multi-tenant environments
- Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines with automated security scanning (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning)
- Implement security best practices including secrets management, encryption at rest and in transit, certificate management
- Design Zero Trust architectures with continuous verification, device posture checking, and context-aware access controls
- Design and implement security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response frameworks
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability remediation
Client Engagement & Leadership
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technicalsolutions
- Validate functional and non-functional requirements through workshops and collaborative sessions
- Present architectural designs and technical proposals to stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- 10+ years of experience insolutionarchitecture and enterprise application design
- Hands-on development experience - must be able to code and implement solutions, not just design
- Strong expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems
- Proven hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CircleCI)
- Extensive experience implementing Blue-Green deployments and zero-downtime release strategies
- Hands-on experience with case management platforms and workflow orchestration
- Proven experience designing and implementing multi-tenant SaaS applications with tenant isolation
- Deep hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices - security integrated throughout the development lifecycle
- Practical experience implementing Zero Trust security architectures for applications and infrastructure
- Experience with Zero Trust frameworks including identity verification, micro-segmentation, and context-aware access
- Practical experience implementing security in CI/CD including automated security testing, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks
- Experience with high-volume data pipelines and real-time data processing
- Proficiency with both structured databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and unstructured data stores (MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
- Working knowledge of AI/ML integration for automation and intelligent workflows
- Strong coding skills in one or more languages (Java, Python, C#, Go, Node.js)
- Track record of quickly learning and implementing new technologies, frameworks, and tools as project needs evolve
- Not limited to specific technology stack - adaptable to learn whatever technologies are required

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- TOGAF Certification
