Solution Architect OBRM

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect – Oracle BRM to lead and manage the end-to-end solution design for billing and revenue management systems in the telecom domain. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in OBRM, OSS/BSS, and solution architecture for telecom enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to understand current and future operational needs.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications and architecture.
• Define high-level and low-level designs for OBRM-based solutions.
• Lead solution design across multiple application modules and interface designs.
• Perform capacity planning, effort estimation, and architecture reviews.
• Work closely with development, QA, OPS, and SIT teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Drive integration strategies for CRM, Order Management, Activation, Provisioning, and Billing for both prepaid and postpaid services.
• Maintain solution architecture documentation, including data flows, UML diagrams, and roadmaps.
• Identify enhancements and optimization opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Work alongside E2E Architects to define and maintain enterprise application roadmaps.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle BRM solution architecture.
• Strong background in Telecom OSS/BSS systems.
• Expertise in E-TOM, TOGAF, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Experience in COTS billing solutions, with OBRM as a mandatory skill.
• Strong knowledge of J2EE, C/C++, Object-Oriented Design, and SOA principles.
• Hands-on experience with solution development tools like MS Visio, UML, Rational Rose, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with high-performance application architectures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers at all levels.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience in multiple billing platforms apart from OBRM.
• Knowledge of DevOps and automation tools for solution deployment.
• Prior experience in audit, compliance, and risk management in telecom billing.
