Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture:

• Define and design technical solutions that meet business and functional requirements.
• Develop architecture artifacts such as solution diagrams, system interactions, and component specifications.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, IT strategy, and governance guidelines.

Technical Leadership:

• Guide development teams in technology selection, design patterns, and best practices.
• Lead proof-of-concept exercises and provide technical validation for proposed solutions.
• Provide expertise on system integration, microservices, cloud, and modern application architectures.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and effectively.

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure solution architectures meet non-functional requirements, including security, scalability, availability, and performance.
• Conduct architecture reviews and audits to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve development practices, tools, and architectures.
• Mentor and coach technical teams to build expertise and adoption of best practices.
