Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned techno-functional leader to drive enterprise-scale Digital Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and Digital Twin initiatives. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring end-to-end ownership—from problem definition to solution architecture and delivery—across manufacturing environments.

The ideal candidate will combine deep industrial domain expertise (CPG, Pharma, Chemicals, O&G) with strong capabilities in Industrial AI, GenAI, and enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise-scale Digital Manufacturing & Industry 4.0 architecture
• Design and implement Digital Twin solutions across plants, production lines, and assets
• Architect and deploy Industrial AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions (uptime, quality, autonomous ops)
• Enable predictive, prescriptive, and autonomous manufacturing use cases
• Drive IT–OT–Data–AI integration across MES/MOM, IoT, Edge, Cloud, and Analytics platforms
• Establish architecture governance, scalability, and security frameworks
• Engage directly with clients, including factory visits and stakeholder workshops
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver measurable business value
• Own end-to-end program delivery, not just advisory or pre-sales

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in Digital Manufacturing / Industry 4.0
• Proven experience in Digital Twin implementations
• Strong exposure to Industrial AI / Manufacturing AI / ML use cases
• Hands-on experience with: MES/MOM systems, IoT & Edge platforms, Cloud & Data architecture, ERP integration (preferably SAP)
• Industry background in: CPG, Pharma, Chemicals, Oil & Gas
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience delivering end-to-end transformation programs

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to GenAI and Agentic AI in industrial use cases
• Experience with uptime intelligence / predictive maintenance platforms
• Background in consulting or industrial AI product firms
• MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
