Summary: As a Solution Planner, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will analyze client requirements and support the configuration of solutions from a standard set of offerings. Your typical day will involve liaising with the delivery organization to ensure effective transitions, shaping services, and determining appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. You will also work closely with client stakeholders to secure sign-off on the proposed solutions, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with client expectations and organizational standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet client needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management, Adobe,Salesforce, Martech / Marketing Technology ,Mobile App Solutions ,SAP Hybris ,Commerce Tools. - Along with strong Presales capabilities such as: RFP/RFQ support, Effort estimation , Pricing & commercial structuring, Sales/orals preparation, Client-facing solution presentations - Strong understanding of system integration and architecture design principles. - Ability to analyze complex client requirements and translate them into effective solutions. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - This position is open for almost all the locations in India. - A Graduate or Master graduate with good grades and 10 plus years Solution Architect experience with related certifications is good to have,
