Solution Architect

We are seeking a passionate Senior AI/ML Solutions Architect to lead the design and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions. This role is critical for driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions, particularly in the retail domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and deploy AI/ML solutions at scale.
• Lead a team of engineers to implement and optimize machine learning models.
• Develop innovative AI/ML solutions with a focus on retail and other industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML initiatives with business goals.
• Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Deploy models using best practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience & Expertise:

• Proven track record of implementing at least 5 scalable AI/ML solutions (retail domain experience is a plus).
• 7+ years in roles such as Machine Learning Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar.
• Expertise in large language models (LLMs) and advanced machine learning algorithms.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or R.
• Experience with data engineering, pipelines, and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services.
