Job Title: Solution Architect

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Pune (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Enterprise Infrastructure, Virtualization, EUC, and Digital Workspace solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge along with customer engagement and strategic solutioning capabilities.

Technical Skills Required:

10+ years of experience in Infrastructure / Solution Architecture

Expertise in Virtualization technologies, Windows & Linux OS

Strong understanding of Networking, Storage, AD, DNS, File Servers & Security solutions

Hands-on experience with VDI & Application Virtualization solutions

Experience in sizing large-scale enterprise environments

Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows & Linux platforms

Experience managing enterprise and strategic customers

Proven client engagement & account management skills

Good to Have:

Experience in IAM, Cybersecurity products & ZTNA

Exposure to DevOps, Infrastructure Automation & Monitoring tools

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and secure EUC solutions

• Collaborate with Engineering teams for new feature development

• Support Presales teams with technical bootcamps and enablement

• Create blogs, whitepapers, validated designs & architecture templates

• Mentor Professional Services & Technical Support teams

• Provide QA for technical documentation

• Represent the organization as a Technology Leader in customer engagements

• Collaborate with L&D teams for technical trainings and upskilling initiatives
