Armia Systems PVT LTD @Infopark Kochi is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions across multiple products & projects. The Solution Architect will translate business requirements into robust technical architectures and guide engineering teams in implementing modern, cloud-native and AI-enabled systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in modern web architectures, cloud platforms, microservices, and AI-powered development frameworks, with a focus on leveraging AI for automation, performance optimization, and intelligent product capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architecture for scalable web and mobile applications.
- Architect microservices/distributed systems capable of handling high loads and large datasets.
- Define architecture standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks.
- Ensure systems are designed for high availability, performance, security, and scalability.
- Design and implement AI-assisted development workflows to improve developer productivity.
- Integrate AI frameworks and APIs into application architecture for intelligent features and automation.
- Evaluate and implement AI-based tools for performance monitoring, debugging, and system optimization.
- Enable AI-powered automation for testing, documentation, and operational workflows.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical mentorship to development teams.
- Work closely with Tech Leads, DevOps engineers, and Account Managers.
- Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Design cloud-native architectures using AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Evaluate and recommend modern technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Drive adoption of AI-driven development tools and automation platforms.
- Define long-term architecture strategies aligned with product roadmaps.
- Produce architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution blueprints.
- Communicate architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years in a Solution Architect / Technical Architect role
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale or SaaS platforms
- Strong experience with Node.js, React, and MERN stack
- Strong understanding of system design and scalability patterns
- Experience using AI tools and frameworks in the development lifecycle
- Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI services into applications
- Experience implementing AI-driven automation for development, testing, monitoring, or performance optimization
- Knowledge of AI-assisted coding tools and development workflows
- Hands-on experience with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation
- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and scalable data storage systems
- Understanding of data pipelines and large-scale data processing
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to align technical architecture with business objectives
