Freelance Solution Architect - Hyperautomation & Business Insights | Pharma | Remote (India‑based)

Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a long‑term engagement for a global pharmaceutical client of ours. We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to support the Hyperautomation and Business Insights domain, delivering solution design and architectural governance across multiple BAU initiatives in a regulated enterprise environment.
This role focuses on continuous demand for reporting, analytics, and automation solutions rather than single large-scale programmes.
Requirements

Must‑Have
10-15 years experience as a Solution Architect / Senior Technical Consultant
Strong experience in Hyperautomation and RPA within enterprise environments
Microsoft Power Platform expertise (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Strong hands‑on and architectural experience with Snowflake (core platform)
Python experience for automation and data-related use cases
Experience working with architecture governance and review boards
Strong stakeholder management and business-facing communication skills
Background moving from hands‑on delivery into an architect role
Experience supporting BAU environments with multiple parallel demands

Fluent English
Nice‑to‑Have
Databricks experience
Celonis / process mining exposure
Automation Anywhere, especially migration to Microsoft Power Platform
Exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or agentic AI concepts
React knowledge
Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments

Contract Details
Start Date: ASAP (flexible)
Location: Remote (India‑based candidates only, CET‑friendly working hours)
Workload: Full‑time
Duration: Initial 6 months, extensions expected
