Key Responsibilities
- Gather customer business use cases, document requirements, and design tailored solution architectures.
- Educate customers and partners on product architecture, functionality, and best practices.
- Assist with scoping, analysis, and documentation of implementation projects.
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions for SailPoint implementation partners.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to design creative, scalable solutions to complex problems.
- Participate in technical delivery through coding, configuration, and integration activities.
- Use your development expertise to write custom code or review others work.
