Role Overview

We are looking for a Solutions Architect Gen AI & Voice AI who combines deep technical expertise with strong customer empathy. You will design scalable AI architectures, lead InfoSec and compliance discussions with enterprise clients, and drive seamless integrations between customer systems and the Blue Machines AI platform.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of Architecture, Security, AI Platforms, and Enterprise Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Architecture
  • Architect end-to-end AI deployment blueprints (Voice/Chat/Video integrations, edge agents, data pipelines).
  • Create detailed cloud architecture diagrams (AWS/GCP/Azure topologies, VPC designs, IAM flows, microservices communication).
  • Evaluate enterprise environments and propose integration architectures (SIP/WebRTC, CRM connectors, ATS systems).
  • Guide PoCs and pilot deployments aligning client tech teams and internal engineering on architecture decisions.
  • Design scalable, resilient, and secure production-grade AI systems.
  • Security, Compliance & Scalability
  • Lead enterprise InfoSec discussions covering:
    • Data residency
    • Encryption (at rest & in transit)
    • Authentication & IAM
    • Logging, monitoring & auditability
  • Align deployments with SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS benchmarks, GDPR/DPDP standards.
  • Partner with Security & Platform teams to ensure secure, compliant, HA deployments.
  • Contribute to BCP/DR architecture (RTO/RPO definition, zero-retention data flow mapping).
  • Technical Consultation & Customer Success
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
  • Conduct architecture walkthroughs, solution workshops, and demo sessions with CXOs, CISOs, and enterprise architects.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and AI Engineering teams.
  • Identify platform extension opportunities and propose custom AI-driven solutions.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor across pre- and post-sales lifecycle.
  • Documentation & Evangelism
  • Create high-quality architecture documents and integration playbooks.
  • Develop Confluence-ready solution briefs and knowledge base artifacts.
  • Represent Blue Machines AI in audits, customer presentations, and innovation showcases.
  • Support developer enablement and partner onboarding initiatives.
Experience

What We're Looking For

  • Prior exposure to AI, Voice platforms, SaaS, or Cloud-native ecosystems preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of:
    • Microservices architecture
    • Cloud networking (VPCs, Subnets, Load Balancers, IAM)
    • Data security & encryption principles
  • Hands-on experience with AWS / GCP / Azure architecture design.
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).
  • APIs & Integration patterns:
    • REST / gRPC
    • WebSockets
    • SIP / WebRTC
    • Pub/Sub, Kafka
  • Proficiency in architecture diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Mermaid, Cloudcraft).
Soft Skills

  • Strong communication & storytelling ability.
  • Comfortable engaging with CXOs, CISOs, and senior technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to simplify complex AI architectures for non-technical audiences.
