We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our growing team. This role is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional with 5+ years of experience to work on a diverse range of projects. You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of enterprise software solutions for customers, ensuring they align with our standards and best practices. This is a hands-on role that requires strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Lead the end-to-end design of enterprise software implementations with an emphasis on delivering business value. You will create and implement software systems using Esko products and best practices to ensure they are scalable and maintainable.
- Customer Engagement: Lead customer workshops, analyze their business use cases and processes, and deliver technical demonstrations. You will manage customer expectations and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship and training to junior solution architects and development teams. You will also identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks and issues, communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance & Improvement: Ensure the quality and consistency of solutions by adhering to our SILC (Software Implementation Life Cycle) standards and best practices. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services by staying updated with the latest releases and emerging solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in areas such as business process, technology solution architecture, or software user training. Experience in a consulting or packaging domain is a plus.
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent professional qualification is required.
- Technical Skills:
- General knowledge of software programming and deployment practices.
- Expertise in Esko products and services (e.g., WebCenter, MediaBeacon, Automation Engine).
- Knowledge of JavaScript and SQL.
