Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture:
- Design end-to-end EPM solutions with insightsoftware EPM products, aligned with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
- Develop solution blueprints covering data integration, application alignment, authorization frameworks, and performance optimization.
Implementation and Delivery:
- Lead technical implementation of EPM solutions, overseeing configurations, customizations, and integrations with ERP and enterprise applications.
- Define and implement data models, hierarchies, business rules, and calculation logic for planning and consolidation.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with finance, FP&A, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Facilitate design sessions and validate approaches.
- Present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Establish development standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for EPM solutions.
- Lead proof-of-concepts to validate new technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Project Management Support:
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and support change management activities, including training and knowledge transfer.
