Roles and Responsibilities

Mindstix is looking for a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect who is passionate about technology and committed to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical leadership with architectural expertise to design and deliver robust enterprise solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership capabilities, and deep expertise in modern software development and system architecture. As a Solution Architect, you will lead development teams, define solution architecture, and ensure the successful delivery of high-performance software solutions aligned with business objectives.

● Lead and mentor a team of software developers, architects, and QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

● Define and design end-to-end solution architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.

● Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and architectural approaches.

● Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and architecture design to deployment and maintenance.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and technical roadmaps.

● Provide architectural guidance and governance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and design standards.

● Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.

● Conduct peer code reviews, identify potential risks, and ensure quality and performance standards.

● Ensure system scalability, security, reliability, and performance through optimization and architectural improvements.

● Identify and mitigate technical and architectural risks throughout the project lifecycle.

● Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical and architectural solutions.

● Facilitate technical discussions, architecture reviews, and decision-making processes.

● Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and system-level issues.

● Stay updated with emerging technologies, architecture trends, and industry best practices.

● Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and engineering excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.

● Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

● Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.

● Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

● Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MSSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, CouchDB).

● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

● Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time.
