Solution Architect -Cloud Lead - Technical Lead

Education B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science

Experience At least 13-16 years of experience in leading a team of cloud engineers and cloud solution architects, managing overall delivery and managed services at customer sites.

Job Description Lead a big team of cloud engineers, cloud solution architects, and manage overall delivery and managed services at customer sites.

Establish and maintain a solid collaboration with business and work as a bridge between customers and leadership.

Provide technical guidance to the team, ensure timely closure of issues, inculcate a culture of automation and agility.

Single point of contact for Cloud, On-premises IT infrastructure used for private cloud and management and support of Azure cloud and Azure stack HCI setup.

Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for Azure cloud solutions.

Coordination with various IT infrastructure administrators for implementation and commissioning of IT infrastructure

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, infrastructure engineers, and business stakeholders.

Ensure solutions meet business requirements and are scalable, highly available, and cost-effective.

Develop and maintain architectural artifacts, including solution designs, reference architectures, and best practices.

Provide guidance and recommendations on cloud-related technologies and trends.

Work with customers to understand their requirements and develop customized cloud solutions.

Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and meet regulatory requirements.

Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and technical demonstrations.

Monitoring progress of IT infrastructure setup

Guide team for timely resolution of issues

Preferred Skills/Knowledge Strong knowledge of data centre, on-premises, private cloud, Azure cloud, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, and hyper-converged infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of software defined storage and software defined networking.

Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance.

Experience with agile development methodologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certifications in Azure cloud technologies are a plus.
