Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable full-stack applications and microservices.
Work across frontend, backend, APIs, cloud, and databases.
Define system architecture and technology solutions.
Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into business workflows and product features.
Collaborate with founders and business stakeholders.
Make technical decisions and establish engineering best practices.
Take ownership of the technology function and grow toward a CTO role.

Requirements

Strong full-stack development and system architecture skills.
Experience with Java, Python, Node.js, React, or similar technologies.
Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and databases.
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM/GenAI integration.
BFSI, FinTech, or WealthTech experience preferred.
Experience with Nuvama or similar wealth-management companies is a plus.
Ability to design architecture, write production code, and lead technology strategy.
