Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Windchill Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise PLM solutions using PTC Windchill. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Windchill architecture, solution design, implementation, customization, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable PTC Windchill PLM solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Lead Windchill implementation, customization, configuration, and development initiatives.
• Define technical architecture, solution design, and integration strategies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and enterprise architects.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Windchill development and implementation teams.
• Design integrations between Windchill and downstream/upstream enterprise applications.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of Windchill solutions.
• Review technical designs, development approaches, and implementation deliverables.
• Support troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production issues.
• Contribute to Windchill upgrades, rehosting, clustering, and other technical initiatives as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong experience in PTC Windchill.
• Strong experience in Windchill solution architecture and technical design.
• Hands-on experience in Windchill implementation, customization, and development.
• Strong knowledge of Windchill modules such as:
• PDM Link
• PartsLink
• MPMLink
• Strong Java / J2EE development experience.
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of PLM processes, product lifecycle management, and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience working with distributed teams and enterprise-level implementations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience with Windchill upgrades, rehosting, cloning, clustering, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of SSO, SSL certificates, and Windchill infrastructure.
• Experience with CAD data and PLM integrations.
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise Windchill implementations.

Notice Period

Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 2 weeks are highly preferred.

Compensation

Compensation will be aligned with market standards and will be discussed based on experience and skills.

Note: Pan-India candidates can be considered. Preferred locations are Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
