JOB SUMMARY
AWS Solutions Architect
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring a Principal AWS Solutions Architect at Band 4.1 to lead our most complex, high-value AWS engagements. This is a senior technical leadership role that sits at the intersection of cloud architecture, AI/ML platform design, and client advisory.
You will be the pre-eminent AWS voice in your accounts, setting architectural direction, de-risking large-scale cloud transformations, and helping clients extract maximum business value from their AWS investment.
You are expected to influence beyond delivery: shaping HCLTech's AWS practice strategy, contributing to alliance deepening with AWS, mentoring a team of architects, and establishing HCLTech as the partner of choice for cloud-native AI in your industry verticals.
You hold the technical trust of CTO and VP Engineering audiences while remaining commercially grounded and outcome-focused.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the team of Solution Architects and the respective Solution Design teams in completing the agreed solution modules/projects for the client as per the requirements.
- Continuously update oneself with a strong design foundation in RPA and an in-depth understanding of methodologies and technologies.
- Be solely accountable for all aspects of the research and design facets of the RPA solution development process.
- Ensure that all tools and automation support are facilitated after delivery according to the established automation support model.
- Review all suggested RPA solutions and alternatives for given client requirements.
