Solution Architect – Associate Consultant / Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design, develop, and govern scalable applications and cloud-based solutions within the financial services domain. The ideal candidate should have strong application development experience, expertise in solution architecture and integration patterns, and hands-on exposure to AWS cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams and product owners to design effective technical solutions and application architectures.
• Govern implementation activities to ensure alignment with approved architecture and design principles.
• Guide development teams in resolving complex technical issues, conducting code reviews, and improving code quality.
• Promote cloud-native development, Agile practices, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Support QA teams with test automation and identify potential technical risks.
• Collaborate with architects to develop reusable libraries and common architectural components.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, enterprise architecture, and application teams on integrations, deployments, and infrastructure setup.
• Develop prototypes and conduct technical experiments to validate proposed solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in application development, solution design, and business analysis.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, application design, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in technologies such as .NET, Java, React.js, Node.js, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Agile Scrum and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with containers, microservices, DevSecOps, and cloud-native technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing applications on AWS; AWS certifications are preferred.
• Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), service management, security, compliance, and cloud operations, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
