About The Role
We are looking for a Business Architect with Scrum Master knowledge to support an AI-driven document extraction initiative. This role bridges business and technology — translating operational requirements into actionable solution scope while managing agile delivery ceremonies across the project team.
Key Responsibilities
Document and validate business requirements for the document extraction and downstream system integration scope
Map current-state manual processes and define target-state automated workflows
Validate that solution design and extraction outputs meet business objectives and compliance standards
Collaborate with operational stakeholders, the AI Architect, and App Dev team to facilitate sign-off at each delivery milestone
Support definition of exception handling processes and updated manual review scope post-automation
Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the project team
Manage and maintain the product backlog in coordination with stakeholders and the delivery team
Track sprint progress, identify and remove impediments, and escalate risks to leadership
Ensure the team follows agile practices and maintains delivery velocity aligned to productionization timelines
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of combined experience in business analysis and agile delivery
Strong Process Mapping And Requirements Documentation Skills
Experience working on automation or AI-driven projects in a business analyst capacity
Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) preferred
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent agile tooling
Background in financial services, lending, or operations is strongly preferred
