Solution Architect - AI

As an Solution Architect - AI, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

• Lead the design, development and implementation of NLP projects and solve complex business problems.
• Lead a team of NLP Developers and data scientists, provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success and professional development.
• Evaluate and select appropriate machine learning models for tasks, and also build and train working versions of those models using Python and other open-source technologies.
• Work across client teams to develop and implement LLM solutions.
• Develop prompts that instruct LLM to generate relevant and accurate responses, RAG Architecture, LLM Fine Tuning.
• Expertise in EDA, data engineering, including data curation, cleaning, and preprocessing.
• Track record of driving innovation and staying updated with the latest AI research and advancements.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical Skills:-

• Deep Learning techniques such as Seq 2 Seq modeling, Convolution Networks, RNNs and GAN networks
• Experience in GenAI tools and Utilities such as Transformers, Embeddings, GitHub Copilot
• Experience working on foundation models such as BERT, and more, and GenAI LLMs like GPT3.5 and above, Anthropic, and more
• Proven experience in developing and deploying NER models
• Proficiency in programming languages such as NLP libraries (e.g.: spaCy, NLTK, Stanford NLP, Hugging Face Transformers)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, Caffe, CNTK
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels
