Project Role Description : Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Summary:

As a Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and modern enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microservices Architecture with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Cloud technologies, and Agentic AI solutions. The candidate will be responsible for creating architecture blueprints, defining solution strategies, guiding development teams, and ensuring successful end-to-end solution delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications.
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure Microservices-based architectures.
• Create Architecture Blueprints, High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and technical roadmaps.
• Drive API-first design principles and establish integration strategies across applications and platforms.
• Lead architecture discussions with stakeholders, business teams, and development teams.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend cloud-native solutions, design patterns, and emerging technologies.
• Design and implement Agentic AI / GenAI-based solutions to address business challenges.
• Ensure architecture compliance with security, performance, scalability, and governance standards.
• Mentor development teams and conduct architecture reviews and design governance sessions.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Integration Patterns.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, API Gateway, API Management, and API Security.
• Experience in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Experience with architecture modeling tools and frameworks.
• Ability to define solution standards, architecture principles, and reference architectures.
  
  

Good to Have

• End-to-End Solution Design and Delivery experience.
• Experience in creating enterprise Architecture Blueprints and Solution Roadmaps.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, MCP, Multi-Agent Systems, and Agent Orchestration frameworks.
• Banking Services domain experience.
• Cloud certifications and Architecture certifications
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
