Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

As a Solution Architect, your day involves transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of specific technologies, functions, or platforms. You work closely with sales and delivery teams to craft solutions that not only meet client expectations but also strengthen the overall business proposition. Your role requires continuous collaboration and strategic thinking to ensure that the solutions developed are both feasible and aligned with client goals, fostering strong partnerships and driving successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding of project objectives.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing integration solutions using ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• Experience in managing end-to-end integration projects involving multiple systems and platforms.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with API management, data transformation, and workflow automation within integration contexts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solution design.

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
• This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
