Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding of project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing integration solutions using ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- Experience in managing end-to-end integration projects involving multiple systems and platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with API management, data transformation, and workflow automation within integration contexts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solution design.
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow Integration Hub.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
