As a Solution Architect, you will leverage your deep knowledge of technology, function, or platform to translate client requirements into differentiated and deliverable solutions. You will work closely with Sales Pursuit and Delivery teams to create winnable and deliverable solutions that align with the client's business needs and value proposition. Your role will involve analyzing client requirements, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring their successful implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Expected to bring in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting to the role.
- Influencing and Advisory Skills: Use your influencing and advisory capabilities to guide clients and internal teams through solution design, while addressing key challenges and providing strategic insights.
- Team Leadership and Decision Making: Take responsibility for key decisions, driving team performance and collaboration. Actively contribute to discussions and problem-solving across multiple teams.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, transforming them into innovative, effective, and scalable solutions.
- Solution Design and Presentation: Lead the design of solutions that are not only technically sound but also align with the client's objectives. Present these solutions with clarity to stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Work alongside Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a solution that's both winnable and deliverable, ensuring client expectations are met.
- Successful Implementation: Guide and support the delivery teams to ensure that the designed solutions are implemented effectively, with an emphasis on quality and client satisfaction.
- Continuous Learning and Innovation: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to consistently improve and offer cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting: Extensive experience in designing and implementing SAP FI S/4HANA solutions, with a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.
- Integration Knowledge: Deep understanding of integration points between SAP FI S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
- Solution Design Leadership: Experience leading solution design discussions and architecture decisions to create effective, scalable solutions.
Good to Have Skills:
- SAP S/4HANA Finance Modules: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and related modules, and understanding how to implement financial reporting and analytics solutions.
- Financial Accounting Best Practices: Knowledge of SAP best practices for financial accounting processes and how to optimize them for clients.
