Solution Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Expert (SME):
• Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, guiding the technical design and delivery of solutions.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership:
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Take responsibility for key team decisions and ensure the successful execution of project goals.
• Work closely with both technical and non-technical teams, providing direction and expertise.
• Solution Design & Implementation:
• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet client requirements and provide a strong value proposition.
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless functionality.
• Technical Guidance & Expertise:
• Provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring the solutions delivered align with best practices and maintain technical integrity.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of the solutions, performing regular checks to uphold the standards.
• Business Case & Value Proposition:
• Collaborate with the Sales and Pursuit teams to shape and finalize a solution that aligns with the client's business case.
• Help craft a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client's value proposition and meets their strategic needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technical concepts, including system design, customization, and integration.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution design and implementation, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs.
• Good-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration, delivery, and automation.
• Experience in system integration with third-party platforms to enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP functionality.
• Key Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP environment and associated technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and the ability to optimize existing solutions for efficiency.
