The day is often filled with strategic discussions, solution design, and ensuring that proposed approaches are practical and can be successfully implemented to drive client success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and refinement of solution architectures to ensure alignment with client objectives and organizational standards.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and consensus on solution delivery.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Now Assist.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions using ServiceNow platforms.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow Now Assist with other enterprise systems to enhance workflow automation and user experience.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and adoption.
