Project Role Description : Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Summary:

As a Solution Architect, your day involves transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of specific technologies and platforms. You work closely with sales and delivery teams to craft solutions that not only meet client expectations but also strengthen the overall business proposition. Your role requires continuous collaboration, strategic thinking, and ensuring that the solutions developed are practical, innovative, and aligned with client goals, fostering strong partnerships and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
  • Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Drive alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing IT service management workflows and processes.
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems to enhance functionality.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing IT service delivery and support.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
  • This position is based at our Chennai office.
