You work closely with sales and delivery teams to craft solutions that not only meet client expectations but also strengthen the overall business proposition. Your role requires continuous collaboration, strategic thinking, and ensuring that the solutions developed are practical, innovative, and aligned with client goals, fostering strong partnerships and successful project outcomes.

• Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Drive alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive solution delivery.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing IT service management workflows and processes.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems to enhance functionality.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
