As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting and transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions by leveraging a deep understanding of specific technologies and platforms. The role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft solutions that not only meet client expectations but also strengthen the overall business proposition. This position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that the proposed solutions are practical, competitive, and aligned with client goals, fostering a seamless transition from concept to implementation.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and development of innovative solutions that address complex client challenges.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and project contributions.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
• Strong expertise in supply chain planning and enterprise resource management platforms.

• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
