The Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to work with the wider IT department. The role involves working with internal stakeholders to understand their IT and business needs, proposing, and designing solutions that align with the company's value proposition, and ensuring that the solutions meet high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability. The ideal candidate should have experience in consultative and complex technical deployment, and support of highly distributed applications, as well as experience implementing large-scale data projects within the cloud environment. The candidate should also have a breadth of technical experience and knowledge, with expertise in at least two or more of the following areas: SQL, NoSQL databases, big data, data storage technologies, data governance, data engineering, and data estate workloads.
In addition to technical expertise, the candidate should have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, be able to orchestrate and lead teams, and be able to collaborate with other members of the team in developing complex end-to-end enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure platform. The candidate should also be able to maintain technical acumen and knowledge, keep up to date with market trends and insights, and educate customers on the Azure platform..

- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
- Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
- Design, commission, and enhance new/current subject areas.
- Implementing new or upgraded cloud data strategies and Microsoft Azure platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution in computer science.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience as an Enterprise Solutions Architect or in a related field.
- Prior professional services experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Azure, Informatica and Snowflake experience
- Prior working experience using ServiceNow (Plus, but not mandatory)
- Prior working experience using Workday (Plus, but not mandatory))
