Work Location: Pune / Hyderabad
We are looking for an experienced T Solution Analyst with strong expertise in Cards Architecture and Product Solutions, who can drive complex, crossfunctional initiatives in a largescale enterprise environment.
Experience Required
Minimum 10+ years in Software Engineering
Strong exposure to IT infrastructure, cloud development, and software architecture
Domain Expertise
- Cards Architecture
- Product SME – VisionPLUS and/or HPS
- API & Microservices Architecture

Key Responsibilities
- Review business requirements and provide inputs to BAs during requirement scoping and clarification
- Participate in technical design and prepare solution proposals for the Cards workstream
- Work closely with Cards Architects and other domain architects to align solutions with enterprise architecture frameworks
- Collaborate with crossfunctional IT teams — Retail Product IT, Infrastructure, Data, Digital, Risk, Security, and Software teams
- Own endtoend Cards solutions and act as a solution funnel across IT teams
- Create solution proposals, sequence diagrams, and maintain interface trackers
- Act as a bridge between Business and IT teams, resolving gaps and conflicts
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring highquality delivery and bestpractice adoption
- Identify functional and technical dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
- Support all stages of card processing: Issuing, Authorization, and Settlement
- Review and validate engineering designs against architectural guidelines and bank strategies
- Drive agile delivery with domaindriven design principles
