Role Description

This is a business opportunity-based on-site role for professionals in India and the UAE seeking to operate as independent business partners collaborating with multiple brands across different segments.

As a Revenue Generation Partner, you will work on a profit-sharing and royalty-based compensation model while managing strategic market expansion activities. The role involves identifying and developing new business partnerships, handling end-to-end operational coordination, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

You will be responsible for maintaining strong communication with partners, resolving operational and business challenges, and ensuring long-term relationship retention. The role also provides exposure to high-level networking environments, business events, leadership trainings, and mentorship opportunities from established entrepreneurs and industry leaders to help develop the value systems and mindset required for long-term expansion and scalability.

We are looking for ambitious professionals who are ready to transition from an employee mindset toward long-term business ownership and leadership.

• Has strong interest or exposure to eCommerce, business systems, and scalable business models

• Skilled in communication, people management, and relationship building

• Strategic thinker who is also open-minded, adaptable, and coachable

• Comfortable working in performance-driven environments with leadership responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years of corporate or professional work experience required

• Financially capable of independently handling initial business setup and professional development expenses

• Holds a valid passport and is open to international travel opportunities in June

• Values personal growth, networking, leadership development, and long-term wealth creation

Business Setup & Infrastructure

One-Time Setup Investment:

Approximate initial setup investment: ₹3.5–4 Lakhs (one-time)
