Job Description

Job Title        -   SolarWinds Engineer

Experience    -   8 – 15 Years  

Location        -   COIMBATORE 

Notice           -    Immediate to 15 days

Requirements:

·        Install, configure, and maintain SolarWinds platform (NPM, NCM, SAM, NetFlow).

·        Design and implement network monitoring solutions for LAN, WAN, and DC environments.

·        Perform device onboarding, SNMP/WMI configuration, and monitoring template setup.

·        Create dashboards, alerts, reports, and performance thresholds for proactive monitoring.

·        Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity; troubleshoot incidents and outages.

·        Integrate SolarWinds with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for alert‑to‑ticket automation., onboarding devices to SolarWinds

·        Perform upgrades, patching, backups, and health checks of SolarWinds environment.

·        Analyze trends and provide capacity planning and optimization recommendations.

·        Maintain documentation, runbooks, and monitoring standards for operations teams.
