Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Technician based in Gurgaon. The Solar Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar systems, as well as troubleshooting and resolving solar power-related issues. The role involves ensuring optimal operation of systems, monitoring power generation performance, and supporting clients in achieving energy efficiency through reliable solar solutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in Solar Systems- On Grid/Off Grid and Hybrid
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Understanding of Power Generation processes and technologies
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Capability to work in a hands-on, field-based environment
• Relevant certifications or training in solar technology is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
• ITI Electrical/Solar is Must
