Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Technician, located in Shillong. The Solar Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar power systems. Daily tasks include conducting inspections of solar systems, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring the optimal performance of solar power generation systems, and assisting with system upgrades when necessary.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Solar Systems, Solar Power, and the Solar Industry
- Skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to solar power systems
- Familiarity with Power Generation and energy efficiency practices
- Ability to work on-site and handle installation processes
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in solar technology is a plus
