Solar Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits, inspections and measurements.
• Supervise site preparation, excavation and foundation works.
• Execute foundation and cable conduit installation activities.
• Handle solar system installation and electrical connections.
• Carry out testing, troubleshooting and commissioning of solar systems.
• Coordinate with workmen, subcontractors and other project teams.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities and project progress.
• Ensure proper installation as per project specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
• Maintain material records, measurements, site reports and handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and project requirements at the site.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or a relevant qualification.
• Hands-on experience in Electrical/Solar Site Execution.
• Experience in Solar System Installation, Electrical Connections, Testing and Commissioning is preferred.
• Ability to independently manage and execute site activities.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work hands-on at the project site.
