Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end on-site solar installations, ensuring accurate setup and optimum performance of solar panels and associated electrical systems.
- Conduct detailed site surveys and technical assessments to determine feasibility, installation requirements, and maintenance planning.
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and quality control measures in line with industry and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and local authorities to coordinate project execution and resolve on-site challenges.
- Monitor system performance through regular inspections and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and site progress reports for continuous improvement and compliance audits.
Must-Have
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrable experience in solar installation, commissioning, and on-site project management.
- Proficient understanding of electrical systems, solar photovoltaic (PV) technology, and related troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong adherence to safety standards and a proven track record of implementing quality control measures on-site.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Preferred
- Experience with advanced renewable energy systems and emerging solar technologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software to streamline on-site operations.
