Job Description


Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive – Solar Rooftop / Energy Solutions

Location: Nashik

Type: Full-time, on-site

Compensation: ₹27,000 fixed per month + performance incentives; earning potential up to ₹50,000 per month

Role Description

The main objective of this role is to generate, follow up, and convert leads for solar rooftop and energy-efficiency projects, while supporting customer relationships and channel/franchisee development. Daily tasks will include

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on leads for solar rooftop and energy-efficiency projects.
  • Meet customers, understand their requirements, and support them through the sales process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, site visits, documentation, and closure.
  • Support smaller solar companies and franchisee partners in scaling business with WRS.
  • Maintain weekly sales reports, lead status, and conversion dashboards.
  • Support promotional events, customer education, and local business development activities.

Required Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer relationship, or project sales.
  • Experience in solar, electrical, construction, building materials, real estate, industrial services, or B2B sales will be preferred
  • Comfortable with field visits and travel within and outside Maharashtra.
  • Organised, persistent, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
