We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Solar Sales Professional to join our growing renewable energy team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the solar power industry and a proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead generation and business development for solar rooftop / EPC projects
Handle complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement analysis
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals
Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and MIS reports
Keep updated with solar policies, subsidies, and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in solar power sales (mandatory)
Strong understanding of Solar parks, solar EPC projects, rooftop systems, and net metering, DISCOM processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and close deals
Local market knowledge of Surat preferred
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
Willingness to travel
Should have own vehicle
