Role Overview

We are looking for a Solar Sales Manager who can take complete ownership of revenue in a defined region. This role demands sharp sales execution, strong customer handling, and team leadership. You will be responsible for driving closures, managing field teams, and ensuring consistent monthly sales growth. This is a performance-driven role with full accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through residential and commercial solar installations

Manage and follow up on leads from start to closure including site visits, proposals, negotiation, and conversion

Build trust with customers through clear communication and technical understanding

Lead and manage a small sales team or field executives if required

Coordinate with engineering, finance, and operations to ensure smooth delivery post-sale

Maintain accurate records of daily sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in solar sales or high-value B2C/B2B product sales

Proven track record of closing deals worth 1 Cr+ per month

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English

Comfortable with fieldwork and site-level interactions

Disciplined with follow-ups, CRM usage, and reporting
