Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Sales Engineer based in Ernakulam. The Solar Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing technical sales processes, providing engineering expertise to address customer needs, and delivering effective presentations. They will work closely with clients to identify requirements, provide technical support, and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The role also includes developing proposals and leading efforts to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and ability to build relationships with clients
- Technical understanding of solar energy systems and related components
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
